We value the staff and volunteers who work for projects to create routes out for women who sell sex. We recognise that this work can be difficult, and emotionally intensive. For that reason, our grants are specifically focused on investing in their well-being and the training. Our vision is that these important people would feel equipped and cared for, enabled to flourish and work in sustainable ways. 

We are happy for projects to think creatively about how to invest in wellbeing, and are open to funding everything from staff retreats to clinical supervision sessions. Likewise, our training grants can also be used for a wide range of courses, and are also available for personal coaching and development. 

We are also looking to fund PhDs and research in the sector.
